If your order is received before 12:00 UK time on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding Public holidays) we aim to dispatch it the same day using DHL or Royal Mail Next Business Day services. Orders received after 12:00 will be dispatched the following business day.

If we cannot meet these expectations due to incomplete information, stock availability or operational delays we will inform you of a new estimated dispatch date by email.

Delivery times vary from 1-3 business days, but cannot be guaranteed due to customs processes. Orders received after 12:00 will be dispatched the following business day.

Unless you are notified otherwise during the order process, we will pay any duties, taxes and customs charges on your behalf and you will not receive an additional invoice from the courier.

We can only ship orders to certain countries and some items may not be shipped internationally. If you are unable to complete checkout with your desired shipping destination please contact Customer Services so that we can assist you.
