TENMOKU COTTON

This series captures the mottled patterns of ceramics through various textures and contours, achieved by weaving together lightweight cotton and stretchy threads. The surface has been bleached to further bring out colour gradations that create a three-dimensional feel on the surface.

The “TENMOKU COTTON” exhibition will be held at the KURA gallery in ISSEY MIYAKE KYOTO from Sunday, 1 March through Saturday, 28 March.
