WAVY BORDER

A series made using a new technique by Indian artisans. Fine gathering is created with machine Kabira embroidery on thin, soft Indian cotton and then cut into wavy shapes. This is then applied onto moderately glossy cotton satin using hand-guided zigzag machine embroidery.
